Third Floor Rental Opportunities

    The top level of the 'Tis Building opens up to an 84 - capacity Banquet Hall with a full kitchen. Expansive windows provide a spectacular view of the courthouse plaza and a small stage is lit by an elaborate antique chandelier. Though the space is ideal for wedding receptions and other black-tie affairs, it is also available for educational meetings and non-profit events at a reduced rate.

Rental Rates

3rd Floor Banquet Hall (Hall rentals include tables, chairs, climate controlled outdoor patio and an optional use of the full kitchen)

Regular Rates ( wedding receptions, parties, luncheons, plays, concerts, misc events. Four (4) hour minimum
$50.per hour w ithout the use of the kitchen
$75.per hour with the use of the kitchen
$100. non refundable cleaning fee
$200. refundable damage deposit

Reduced Rates for Non- Profit 501(c)3 Organizations Two (2) hour minimum
$40. per hour without the use of the kitchen
$55. with the use of the kitchen
$100. non refundable cleaning fee
$200. refundable damage deposit

Educational Meetings
$25. per hour ( no minimum usage, does not include kitchen)
$200. refundabland damage deposit
Rental party is resonsible for cleaning
(available Sunday afternoon through Thursday only)

$100. reservation deposit is required to hold a date and time
