The top level of the ”Tis Building opens up to an 84–capacity Banquet Hall with a full kitchen. Expansive windows provide a spectacular view of the courthouse plaza and a small stage is lit by an elaborate antique chandelier.

- Two (2) hour minimum
- $60 per hour

Educational Meetings
- $30 per hour (no minimum time usage)

- $200 refundable and damage deposit
- Available Monday through Thursday only
$100 reservation deposit and signed contract are required to hold a date and time
