Mask Making | Two-Day Workship
April 11 & 12 | 10am-1pm
$165 for both workshops
In this workshop, something deeper within you will emerge. Through the process of mask-making, an aspect of you is given space to take form.
Day 1: 10am-1pm
On the first day, you’ll work in pairs to create a plaster mask directly on your face. It’s a playful and messy process that naturally invites presence, trust, and a quiet connection. You’ll set a gentle intention and simply allow the process to unfold.
Day 2: 10am-1pm
On the second day, after the mask has dried overnight, you’ll spend creative time decorating the mask. All materials are provided, but you’re invited to bring small items from home if you feel called to personalize it. There will be space for journaling and optional sharing, and you are free to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
No artistic skill is needed. You will be guided step by step through the process.
Taalya Areli, LMFT, PhD, is the founder of Sanctuary Within. Drawing from psycho- spiritual and depth work and expressive arts, and many years of experience supporting personal growth, she creates safe, creative spaces where people can slow down, turn inward, step away from external noise, and discover what is ready to be seen.
