Find Your Voice in Clay:
Adult Ceramics Classes

Discover the joy of creating with clay in this immersive eight-session ceramics course at the ‘Tis Art Education Annex. Whether you’re new to ceramics or looking to expand your creative practice, this class will guide you through traditional hand-building techniques including pinch, coil, and slab construction while exploring surface decoration methods that bring your unique artistic vision to life.

Over 24 hours of hands-on instruction, you’ll learn to create both functional and sculptural ceramic pieces in a supportive and inspiring studio environment. Registration includes a 25-pound bag of mid-fire clay, glazes, slips, underglazes, stains, multiple kiln firings, and access to all ceramic tools and materials needed throughout the course.

Led by experienced instructors Dana Murdock and Christine Scott, this intimate class is limited to 10 students, ensuring personalized attention and plenty of creative exploration.
